Returns & Exchanges

At Vestique, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location provided on your label to begin the transit process to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue an e-gift card via email for the full purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees.
